6 months!
Wow! No way has it been 6 months since I last 'blogged'! Oh well! I guess you do what you can when you can right?? Lets see, for the past 6 months we really have not done much, aside from all the holidays and a birthday we are just plugging away at every day. Aaron is still at LHM, working a ton! We all look forward to Sundays because we know that is the day we get to be with Dad, it doesn't matter if we have big plans that day or just sitting around, it still means "Dad" time! I am still at the medical office, doing Medical Records, and enjoying it as much as I always have. As for the girls, they are all doing great. The older two are definatley ready for some sunshine so they can start their sports and just playing outside. Berklee just had a birthday at the end of Janurary, and can you believe my baby girl is THREE! Yikes! She is for sure a feisty little gal! Whoever said that TWO's were TERRIBLE, is obviously mistaken in this case! Maybe they should call it the 'THERRIBLE THREES'! She would like to think she is independent enough to do all for herself! Aside from her little diva-ness she is still so stinkin cute! Aaron and I gave her a little pink tricycle for her birthday and she loves it! She cruises throughout the kitchen and front room running into couches, cupboards, tables, etc... My walls can not wait until she can actually ride the bike outside! I have to admit, I too am excited for spring. I do love my winter snowy days but I am ready for a little sunshine, and with that comes a little yard work, and I am okay with that! Well hopefully it won't be next August the next time you see a post from me, but its time to go and make some dinner for the family!

Its been a long time...
Hello everyone! Life has been super busy! I really would love to keep everyone updated with this blog, so I am going to once again 'have a go' at this!
The girls are all doing great, Camrynn just started 7th grade, and so far is loving it! She was quite nervous the first day, but did very well thanks to the 7th grade orientation that her school offers. They have the 7th graders start school one day earlier than the 8th and 9th graders in order for them to feel a bit more comfortable with finding their classes, lunchroom and lockers. They run through a normal day but on a little less time than normal. This obviously makes for a easier transition for these little 7th graders being thrown in with the sharks! I wish they would have done something like that for us when I was going into Jr. High! I still can't believe I have a child in Middle School! I seriously am feeling so old. I remember taking Cam to her first day of kindergarten and I cried like she was leaving me forever. I didn't cry dropping her off this time but I was SOOO sick to my stomach and nervous for her! I worried about if she would remember where her classrooms were, if she could find her locker and actually open it, and if she could find someone to eat lunch with. Of course, just as expected, she did awesome and had a fabulous day with the exception of going to the wrong reading class and her nor the teacher realizing it until 20 minutes into the class! WOOPS!
As for Sydnee, she just had a special birthday in June which also means a special day for our faith. She turned eight! Sydnee was baptized by her dad on August 20th. She had been waiting for that special day for a long time now. Her birthday was in June which means that she could have been baptized earlier but with Aaron's crazy work schedule this was the first chance we had to do it. Even with the short notice and the lack of time we were given to prepare, it turned out FABULOUS! Sydnee looked beautiful in her white summer dress with her hair all done up, her jewelry on and her nails painted! For those of you who know Sydnee, to see her all dressed up and "girlied out", is a special event in itself! Syd, is very much NOT into the whole frilly thing, she would much rather be in jean shorts (showing off all the bumps and bruises up and down her shins from riding her bike and playing soccer), a t-shirt, a pair of converse and her hair pulled into a pony-tail! Even though the dress came off and the good ol' comfies went on the minute we walked in the house it was ALL worth it.... I love seeing her look so dolled up and secretly I think she likes it too! (But not too long, as she has a look to keep by!) Either way either in a dress or her jeans she is still my beautiful little girl and I wouldn't change her for the world. We had invited many close friends and family and I think ALL of them showed to both the church and our home afterwards for dinner! We had a FULL room at the church and a crowded backyard! I don't think we would have been able to squeeze in many more people! There were great talks on the meaning of being baptized, beautiful prayers and of course a wonderful baptism and confirmation performed by Aaron. Thank you all for the help and time spent with our family during this special occasion!
Now as for Berklee's good news.... she now wears BIG GIRL PANTIES!!! Yeah!! At the beginning of August I thought it might be time to start doing the potty thing, so I went online for any tips (being that it has been 6+ years since I did this last) and I found this thing called the Potty Watch. Fabulous, I thought, I'll give it a try. Well in fact it was fabulous! It is a little watch that your child wears that is shaped like a toilet and it sings a lullaby every 15, 30, 60, or 90 minutes to remind the child (and mom) to sit on the potty. It really worked! Bird knew every time it would go off she needed to try to go. At first we started at 15 and then that seemed a bit too often so then we went to 30 minutes which worked really well for the first couple of days and then we moved to 60 minutes and "ta-da"! Done! She was so quick and easy to train! My best friend Heidi thinks she is going to pass her son, Kash, (who just turned 2) on to me until HE is potty-trained. NOT! So about kids growing up too quickly Berklee makes it especially hard on Aaron and I because we know she is our last baby so everything she accomplishes we know will be the last time we, as parents, will experience it. So now instead of just smiling as we did with the other girls, we now want to smile AND cry at the same time! I think I have finally figured out why there are families out there with 10-11-12-13 kids... they just don't want it to be the "last time".
As much as I love to see my kids grow and make another big move in their lives, I still can't help but be a little saddened as well.....

A not so fun trip.....
Okay so everyone that knows me, know that I can be a total clutz! Since the time I entered this world I have been a walking accident! I have more stitches on my face than anybody I know! Well this morning, I got up for bootcamp in a panic cause I had overslept, so I hurry and went potty, got dressed grabbed Aarons keys from our dresser and started down the hallway in a hurry. Now let me remind you that I am to meet my trainer at 5:30am, which means that is still dark outside.... Every morning I choose not to turn the hall light on so that I don't wake the baby and Aaron, instead I use a app. on my phone that is a flashlight. Well today I was rushing so quickly I did not take the time to turn my "flashlight" on. I walked down the hall and thought I still had another step I could take before I got to the stairs.....WRONG! I went down all 13 steps and literally landed face first on our hard wood floors! I then felt my back buckle and my knee hit the floor. So after my not so graceful fall my prince came to my rescue.... oh ya and my princesses! I had gotten the wind knocked out of me so I had a hard time talking which scared my girls a little, but once my breath was back, the real PAIN started hitting me! After laying there for about 10 minutes and Aaron inspecting my "injuries" I tried to get up but got seriously nauseated. So I lay there for another 10 minutes until I felt like I wasn't going to vomit, Aaron then helped me up the stairs to our room, where I layed moaning and groaning, as Aaron puts it! I have since gone to see the wonderful Dr. Tipton at the clinic I work at where she thouroly inspected me..... I will now give you a list of my battle wounds from the the long horrible trip I decided to take at 5:30 in the freaking morning! I have a concussion, a black eye, a contusion on my eyebrow (which may have a hairline fracture, per Dr. Tipton), a contusion on my knee the size of a softball, a huge bruise on my arm that is a perfect circle (kind of a pretty color though, :)) a fat lip with a cut and bruise inside of my mouth and lastly bruises on my shins, shoulder and my hip. What a not so amazing day.... as the hours go by I feel my aches and pains more and more but thankfully for the wonderful world of medicine I soon will be in La La Land! P.S. A lesson learned... don't take a trip at 5:30 in the morning!

A whole lot of nothin.....
After reading all of our family and friends' blogs for a couple of years now, I have decided to participate in this fun 'TELL-ALL"....okay, maybe not ALL will be shared! I am not a great writer, we do not have a Hollywood like life, we are just a normal American family that takes every day as it comes and tries to make the best of what we have.... but most importantly we have the greatest love for one another and for our family and friends. Because of that love we are able to grow, cherish and teach our children the importance of life and happiness!
As I write in this blog you will soon enough learn as to why my first entry is titled "a whole lot of nothin". Because I don't know what I will share, I don't know if it will interest anyone, I don't know if it will have any informative information, but it will be our life, our daily challenges, our daily laughs, but to others it may just simply be "a whole lot of nothin"! Oh well, it's who we are and hopefully we can all giggle from time to time and simply just keep up with eachothers lives. To start basically my life consists of kids, housework, errands, more housework, a husband, two dogs, even more housework, work and then play..... Aaron and I love and enjoy our three daughters more than anything in this world! Camrynn, our oldest, 11 years young. I say young because she is just growing up WAY too fast! I look at her every day and think where has all the time gone???? Camrynn is ALWAYS moving, never wanting to just sit home and have a nice relaxing day, she would much rather be hanging with friends, shopping, doing wonderfol art projects, cooking, going on walks, riding her bike, but mostly she enjoys being with her family. She is the best oldest daughter anyone could ask for, I honestly do not know what I would do without her! She is always there for me, she gives a helping hand, helps me with everyday tasks, my note-taker, and most importantly she helps takes care of her little sisters ALL the time! She is an amazing big sissy! Next in line is Sydnee, our favorite 7 year old... we refrain from calling her the "middle child" as that just puts a label on these children. If your like me I think, TROUBLE, GRUMPY, SNEAKY, and the infamous phrase comes to mind "IT'S CAUSE I AM/WAS THE MIDDLE CHILD"! For Syd, none of these are true, okay so sometimes the girl can be a grump, but seriously what little girl isn't?!?!? Sydnee is the closest thing to a son Aaron will ever have, she loves super hero's, basketball, soccer, football, rock music, getting dirty and playing rough with her Daddy! Sometimes Sydnee will amaze us by dressing up so cute and asking for her hair to get done pretty, and boy what a cute little girl she is, but usually within the next couple of hours she's done doing the "GIRLY THING" and is back to her Nike's, basketball shorts and a t-shirt! Sydnee always says and does the funniest things, Aaron and I are constantly cracking up at the things she says to us, she may only be seven but WOW, can she say some grown-up things! I am quite sure that throughout this blog I will be sharing some of the hilarious witty things our little comedian says. And finally we have Berklee, a.k.a. BIRD. Berklee is 18 months old, she is the caboose of our family. She will be the last baby that Aaron and I will ever have, which of course makes us all coddle her in so many ways. She is a little firecracker, because of all the attention she gets from us, her sisters, her cousins, her Grandmas and Grandpas and believe it or not even the neighbors! She has got this sweet innocent face, chubby cheeks, nearly white hair, gorgeous blue eyes, beautiful pale skin and then..... BOOM, the little stinker shows her REAL side! We all love her so much and she knows it therefor she keeps us on our toes at ALL times! She has and continues to be so much fun for our family, basically she has us ALL wrapped around her tiny little finger! Lastly, we must mention our little furry children, as Momma loves them so much! First of all we have Jaxon, a.k.a. Fat Man, Grandpa Dog, Jakkie, and finally, a Dog with a face only a momma could love". Jaxon is such a good dog, he hates to go for walks, he doesn't beg, he NEVER barks, basically he just lies down and doesn't move, as Poppy had once said about our sweet dog Rodney growing up, he IS a "Rug with a heartbeat"! We love that boy! Now we have Mollie... or as others know her, HELL DOG! What can we say about Mollie except that she is the stinkin cutest thing ever.... but on the flip side, she, as Aaron says is the "Spawn of Satan". She is always on the go, always barking, loves to lick your face, constantly bugging our little Fat Man, an escape artist, but none-the-less a cute little devil! Well that is our family in a nutshell.... Not too flashy, yet not too boring, its just us being who we are, meet us... the Sessions!
